- DATE AND LOCATION
The races will take place on the following dates – 12-13.04.2025
– 60 miles race start – 12.04.2025 time. 6:30 – time limit 20 hours
– 45 miles race start – 12.04.2025 time. 7:00 – time limit 15 hours
– 30 miles race start – 12.04.2025 time. 8:00 – time limit 10 hours
– 14 miles race start „SPRING ON MODYN MOUNTAIN” – 12.04.2024 time – 10:00- time limit 5 hours

11.04.2025: 16:00 – 20:00 verification of runners, checking mandatory equipment
12.04.2025: – 5:30 – 9:40 – verification of runners, checking of mandatory equipment (9:40 – closing of the
race office!!!)
During registration at the race office, the runner collects the race pack individually, confirming his/her identity
with an ID card or passport.
Competitors will be decorated after the first three men and three first women from a given distance reach the
finish line.
- Participation rules in our races
The runs are open to adults (who will be 18 years of age by 12/04/2025), except for the 14-mile route, where
people over 16 years of age can start after presenting parental consent to start at the race office and filling out
the contact form and paying the entry fee.
Only paid runners will be on the starting list.
By taking part in the race, the runner accepts the regulations and the rules contained therein.
The runner is aware and voluntarily decides to run, which is a demanding run. The runner is aware of the
difficulty of the run, and is aware of the difficult conditions and situations that may occur during such long runs
(crises, weather changes, getting lost).
The runner confirms that his/her preparation and health condition allow him/her to take part in the race.
Each runner must be verified at the race office, during verification mandatory equipment will be checked.
The organizer reserves the right to withdraw from the event or dnf a person whose health condition, in the
opinion of the organizer, is questionable and continue to run further.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the event.
Limit of runners:
– 60 mile route – 100 people (The race will take place if at least 30 people have paid for the start list by
the end of February 2025. If we do not reach the minimum number of participants, the race for this
distance will be canceled and the entry fees will be refunded to the 45 mile competitors with a refund
of the difference for the 60 mile distance from the day of payment)
– 45 mile race – 150 runners
– 30 mile race – 150 runners
– 14 mile race – 150 runners
To be classified in the race, you must finish the race within the time limit. Runners who were released from the
last control points of the race, but did not meet the time limit – will not be included in the results and will be
marked as DNF.
Each runner moves along the marked route by the organizer – any shortening of the race and failure to be
present at the points are tantamount to disqualification.
Each runner moves on their own. Parents with small children (such as runners with children in carriers,
strollers, etc.) cannot start in the race!!!
THROWING RUBBISH ON THE ROUTE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IS EQUIVALENT TO
DISQUALIFICATION!!!!!!
Any unacceptable language directed at volunteers, arguments with them will be reported to the
organizer and may result in disqualification and the inability to start in our other races. We respect
volunteers!!!
Each competitor is obliged to help another competitor if they are in danger of threatening their health
or life.
Third party help is only allowed at checkpoints/food points.
Third party help outside checkpoints/food points may result in disqualification of the competitor.
If the competitor is unable to continue the race, they must report this either at a checkpoint or by
phone to the organizer. If the competitor does not report leaving the route and a search/rescue
operation is initiated for this reason – the competitor will be charged for the costs of the operation.

A hot meal for runners will be provided at the Checkpoints in Łukowica (for 60 and 45 miles) and
Zalesie (for 60 miles, 45 and 30 miles).

– a gpx file with the race route uploaded either to the watch or the phone (required for all distances!). MUST
HAVE THE SKILL TO USE A GPX FILE!

There is no possibility of registration for long distances (45/60 miles) after 02.04.2025.
Possibility of registration for the 14 and 30 mile races in the race office if there are free and available places
(no guarantee of a full starting package). Cash payment:

Invoices will be issued within 7 days from the date of payment only and exclusively if at the time of payment
we receive an email with information regarding the request to issue an invoice.
In the event of the runners withdrawal registered by 31.12.2024, the organizer will refund 50% of the entry fee.
After the deadline of 01.01.2025, the organizer will not refund entry fees.
The organizer will not refund the entry fee:
- to people who did not show up at the start of the race but paid for it
- to competitors who did not finish the race
- to disqualified competitors
the organizer is not responsible for the loss of a bank transfer due to the fault of the post office or the bank

– time measurement with online results using the B4Sport application (up to 200 competitors paid by
28.02.2025, [above this number of paid competitors measurement with electronic mats), measurement
using the application at several nutritional and control points.
– start number with route profile and emergency telephone numbers, safety pins
– route maps in a gpx file
– route marking in the form of ribbons and paint marks on the ground
– food and drinks at nutritional points at the points
– hot meal at the finish line
– medical support
– technical service on the route
– bag for deposit – deposit at the race office
– commemorative medal for competitors who finished the race
– cups for the 3 best women and men from each route - Route
The exact map and profile, as well as the description of the routes, can be found in the “ROUTE” tab on the
race website. There will be checkpoints along the race route. In order to be classified, the runner will have to
be registered at all (appropriate for a given distance) checkpoints. There will be specially marked judges at the
checkpoints.
The route will partly lead along a public asphalt road, therefore participants in the competition on
public roads must move in accordance with the rules of the road traffic code – road traffic law
chapter 2 art. 11-14 (detailed explanation at the end of the regulations). The organizer reserves
the right to change the route.
9.:FINAL PROVISIONS
The organizer reserves the right to change the route or shorten the route in the event of bad weather
conditions that pose a threat to competitors, or in the event of damage to the routes on which the races were
conducted earlier. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the race in the event of force majeure events
(such as natural disasters, fires, floods and others), which it will not be able to prevent, or when there is a top-
down order from the authorities regarding bans on organizing events of this type.
The organizer is not responsible for items left at the points or in the competition office.
The organizer does not organize transport to the competition office and does not provide and does not
organize accommodation (apart from accommodation at the Hala in Łącko). Those interested in

The organizer provides a place to rest during the race (Zalesie checkpoint) and immediately after the race
until the competition base closes.
